Your Slate Dashboard serves as the central hub for managing all activity related to your registrations, inspections, property alerts, and more. Upon logging in, users have access to an organized overview of their account, including submitted applications, scheduled inspections, outstanding requirements in the form of Incomplete Tasks, and submitted contacts.

From the dashboard, you can:

  • View and track the status of your applications or registrations
  • Schedule or reschedule inspections
  • View city-issued property alerts like code violations, police cases, or service calls
  • Update account information and contact details
  • Edit and renew your applications or registrations

The dashboard is accessible via both desktop and mobile devices, though full functionality and ease of navigation are best experienced on a laptop or desktop.

1. City Icon allows you to return to the main dashboard at any time.

2. My Submissions tab is the main section of your dashboard where all submitted registrations or applications reside.

3. Incomplete Tasks tab is the section where any issued action generated by  the city will appear in the form of a task.

4. My Contacts tab is where all entered contact information for, Homeowner, Property Manager, Tenant, etc. will reside.

5. Account Profile is where the registered user's name will appear. You can edit your name, email, password and more by clicking your account profile name.

6. [+Start New] button allows you to enter a registry from your dashboard.

7. Search Bar allows you to quickly search and locate properties from your dashboard when multiple properties reside within your account.

8. Check Box allows you to select more than one property at a time to carry out an action like deregister, renew, etc.

9. [Continue] button allows you to resume an incomplete draft registration.

10. White Deregister, Renew, etc. buttons become enabled when the check box options are selected for more than one property address. They allow you to work with more than one property at a time.
