Your Slate account maintains a record of all processed payments. You can refer back to any payment by viewing the associated payment task. In some instances, you may also be able to print a copy of the processed payment directly from your account.
Please note that, depending on how your city has chosen to process payments, you may need to contact City Hall directly to obtain a copy of an official receipt.
Step 1: Log in to your Slate Account

Begin by logging into your Slate account.
Step 2. Navigate to the Property Address

Click on the blue address bar for the property you’d like to print a receipt for. This will open the property panel window for the selected address.
Step 3. Property Panel Window

Within the property panel window, scroll down to the "My Tasks" section

Select the "Payment" bar to open the payment window.
Step 4. Payment Window

In the payment window, select the green “Show Receipt” button to view your receipt.
Step 5. Print or Download your Receipt

A copy of your receipt will appear on the screen.

Please print or download and save your receipt for future reference.
